ZimDesign may also, from time to time, collect and distribute aggregate demographic information about our visitors. Under no circumstances will ZimDesign release to any third-party any identifying information about you or your use of our services without your prior and explicit consent unless we are required to do so by law.

Opt-out policy

ZimDesign will not use the information gathered on our web site to contact you with unsolicited messages or phone calls. Once you've told us your preferences, we will store them and honor them so that none of the information you've provided on the web site is used in a way contrary to your preferences.  Messages sent to you will comply with the CAN-SPAM act of 2003.

Policy on correcting and updating personally identifiable information

The personally identifiable information you provided on this site is available for your review and correction at any time. We will automatically display this information periodically after you have logged in, so that you can make changes, and alter your options. In addition, you may review and alter this information at your convenience by selecting the "My Profile" option from our home page.

Policy on deleting your name from our database

At any time you may elect to have your personally identifiable information deleted from our database. This will remove your name, title, department, company, phone, fax, street address, and e-mail address from our database. Since we will no longer have a means of contacting you, you acknowledge that you understand any entries to win prizes from current or future on-line contests and giveaways for which you may have been eligible will be withdrawn.

To remove your information, please write to webmaster@zimdesign.com using the e-mail account you want removed and request that your information be deleted. We cannot honor requests to remove user data from e-mail accounts other than the one requesting removal.

This policy was last updated June 2007 to comply with California's Online Privacy Protection Act.  In the event our privacy policy changes, such changes will be posted on this page along with the date they went into effect.
